A MYOFASCIAL WORKSHOP
If you store stress and tension in the body and love a good massage then this workshop is for you.

Using Myofascial release techniques and trigger point therapy, this 2.5 hour workshop will guide you through the whole body, rolling, releasing and massaging muscles and fascia to help to release stress and tension. You'll be taught techniques to use on you own body that help to improve blood circulation, suppleness and mobility whilst relieving pain and restoring you to a state of ease and alignment. You'll receive a handout of all the points covered in the workshop so you can practice at home and leave feeling like you've had the most indulgent and nourishing deep tissue massage.

Please note that this is a self massage technique using massage balls, you are in control of the intensity however it can be tender so if you don't like a deep massage this might not be for you. Massage balls are provided for use during the workshop and you are always welcome and supported to do what you need to look after yourself throughout.
